OptimalResume Launches Developer Site and OptimalInterview™ API

New technology partner program helps organizations offer exciting, value-added career solutions

Durham, N.C., March 25, 2014 – OptimalResume today announced the release of the REST API for its OptimalInterview™ product now used by more than 350 organizations in education, workforce, business, and government. The API gives organizations and developers the ability to integrate OptimalInterview’s proprietary, pre-recorded interview questions and video coaching and to customize recording capabilities to deliver premium interview experiences for users.

He has been a key contributor throughout the startup phase of ThinkOptimal and continues to be an owner and advisor. Todd is also a principal of The Hunter Group, an executive search firm and is a former senior executive with Credit Suisse First Boston and earlier, Citicorp. His positions have included VP and Director in the areas of marketing communications, software product development, quality assurance, sales and customer engineering. Todd holds degrees in marketing and business administration.

David McNasby is a founding member of OptimalResume.com, Inc. where he began serving as a board member and Chief Operating Officer in 2004. He became Chief Innovation Officer in 2010, and was named Chief Executive Officer in 2013.

David has driven innovation and revenue growth for OptimalResume.com, Inc. since its establishment, conceiving, designing, developing, and deploying a variety of value-added career technologies for both organizations and individuals. Under his dedicated leadership, the company has become a gold standard career services solution used by hundreds of organizations in a variety of sectors including education, workforce, non-profit, corporate, and government.

David’s strengths in strategy, business development, brand management, product management, strategic and tactical project management, and cross-functional team leadership have lead to sustained growth for the company and establishment of a unique career technology brand and product offering.

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, David attended Tufts University Medical School and served as a General Medical Officer in the United States Navy. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, is an avid hiker, mountain bird lover, and member of the Appalachian Trail Conservancy.

Shaun is a transplanted New Englander who joined the ThinkOptimal team in 2009. His more than ten years of professional experience includes providing audit services for a Big 4 accounting firm and holding various positions in private industry spanning financial reporting, internal controls, financial analysis, accounting operations, budgeting, treasury, and strategic planning. He plays a vital role by providing cross-functional leadership and facilitating organization wide communication. Shaun also serves as Treasurer, Secretary, and is a member of the Board of Directors. He is a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina and holds both an MBA and Masters in Accounting from Boston College as well as a Bachelors in Business Administration from Bryant University. Shaun is a fervent Boston sports fan and avid gamer who lives with his wife Oxana and children Alessia and Kaiden.
